[Bug] Sparkle Slime Balloon doesn't work right (Added buff to NPC abnormally)

Sparkle Slime Balloon can't be thrown to NPC as it causes kick with followed text in console logs:

TSPlayer: INFO: Kicked Username for : 'Added buff to NPC abnormally.'
