Likely because of this:

> Task :jpackageImage
[18:32:32.153] The specified icon "/Users/madsboddum/IdeaProjects/launcher/src/main/resources/graphics/ProjectSWG.png" is not an ICNS file and will not be used. The default icon will be used in its place.
