TypeScript `noUnusedLocals` does not work with code generation

The code generation throw errors with noUnusedLocals provided by TypeScript. Remove TransformRequest - it is never used.

Steps to solve:

• Update generators/typescript/PrincipleStudios.OpenApiCodegen.Client.TypeScript/Templates/operation.handlebars to remove the reference to TransformRequest.
• Update any tsconfig files to include "noUnusedLocals": true
• Bump the OpenApiTypeScriptClientVersion a patch version in the Directory.Build.props

Using the .NET CLI, dotnet test will verify all tests.
