Filter out no timeout set warning in MathRubric

Didn't catch this during #620. Should try to suppress this warning because we do indeed handle this.

Timeout is disabled as timeout_seconds is None or <= 0, you must provide the logic for timeout interuption yourself to prevent code getting stuck.
