Dashboard: Token Swap Status should automatically update after executing token swap

1. Execute token swap
2. Check Token swap status

Result:
After executing token swap, token swap status will not displayed the amount of tokens that are already claimed

Expected:
To update token swap status automatically after executing token swap

tested a few times in the last few days and I didn't encounter this anymore. Might be fixed already
