Funding Page: Token Swap Status should update automatically after claiming tokens

1. Execute Token Swap with Vesting Enabled
2. Go to funding page and claim vested tokens

Result:
Token swap status box will not be updated. Refreshing the page is fixing the issue.

Expected:
To update token swap status box right after claiming tokens.

cannot replicate this anymore on local . Should be fixed. @hiaux0 to test on AU2 staging to make sure it works there as well before moving to Ready for QA
