Why do you think you need this feature

Sometimes users may mistakenly repeat the message.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add an option to check before repeat, like NekoX

Describe alternatives you've considered

I have some workarouds and have already made it work on current nnnagram code. If this future is useful I would make a pr.
