Bug summary

The UI and API interfaces are inconsistent, resulting in the inability to display task runs

hi @tomcatu - thank you for the report! I am also seeing inconsistent states in the UI related to the task runs list

we'll look into this!

The error is /api/task_runs/paginate 405 (Method Not Allowed) (otherwise this doesn't show up in searches)

Yes, because this API (/api/task_runs/paginate) does not exist
