Summary of the new feature / enhancement
As a DSC resource author,
I want the new PowerShell discover extension to recognize adapted resource manifests,
So that adapted resources are discovered and surfaced correctly.
The current PowerShell discover extension does not locate adapted resource manifests.
Proposed technical implementation details (optional)
Add the adapted resource manifests to the list in the extension.
