The documentation files needs updates.

Update the missing features file, some things are outdated there, the "Suspicious Stew" for example is now available in Bedrock Edition and implemented in PowerNukkit but not in NukkitX.
The replacements file needs to show information about the new PowerNukkit target option.
Include information about the flower pot replacement when targeting Nukkit 1.X
