Publish to Modrinth (and/or GitHub)?

I love to keep proper track of my plugins and I dislike SpigotMC's way of doing it (not being able to proactively mark a notification as done) so I would really love to see this plugin be published on either Modrinth or also do .jar releases on the Releases of GitHub.

Either one's fine for me, both might satisfy even more people but I leave the choice to you, I just thought I'd throw the idea out there.
