Problem

Need to be able to cast vote transaction

User Story(s):

As a voter, I want to be able to cast my vote on chain, so that I can have my votes counted.

Description

casting vote after vote flow

Acceptance Criteria

check if they are a valid voter on transaction
check if already voted
show success screen of votes
show success screen
