Successfully run indexer from Potlock start block till now, & verify DB state

Run indexer locally from Potlock start block (104052029 when registry was deployed/initialized) until present. Presumably errors will come up during this process; resolve them until it's possible to run from beginning to end, and also restart in the middle, ensuring idempotency.

Once run successfully from beginning to end, verify DB state against contract state. Identify and resolve any discrepancies.
