Brief description of the issue

The topic UI on prosthetics and exosuit fabricators does not eject any material stacks.

I am guessing this is related to #9117 but I have not done any deeper investigation to identify the cause. No runtimes observed either, just silent failure.

What you expected to happen

Stacks to come out.

What actually happened

Stacks do not come out.

Steps to reproduce

Put stacks into the prosthetics or exosuit fabricator in Robotics.
Try to eject via the HTML UI.

Additional info:

Flyingborgs is a local branch based on current master.
