Our AdMob account is being closed repeatedly for "being a duplicate account" of some account [email protected] - at first reported as a duplicate of [email protected]. The full account names are not-known because of presumed "privacy protection" when reporting a user's account to that user....
Additionally ownership of either domain is completely unknown. Trying to find steps to proceed.
We have created a community post, which was ignored and closed as a duplicate of a forgotten account question.
Our GCloud promotional point of contact, Sukriti Thakur, directed us to use the AdMob consultation page; a request was sent 2024-09-04, but we have not yet received any communication from the AdMob team outside of automated emails.

AdMob closed again. Still no contact from AdMob consultation team. Sent follow up to GCloud POC. Reopened AdMob, confirming yet again that we do not have any duplicate accounts.
Closed yet again. Sent follow up to GCloud POC yet again. Reopened AdMob, confirming yet again that I do not have a duplicate account. I tested canceling and opening my account on another email. I may just have to cancel this account and reopen a new one and go through all the verification steps yet again. I have no idea why that would fix this issue, but I don't know what else to do. No one from Google has been any help.
