User Story

As a Business Owner/Operator, I want to host a Stakeholder agent, so that stakeholder feedback is gathered and incorporated efficiently.

Acceptance Criteria

Chron Job: Feedback Collection

• Given a new feature release
  • When the agent collects feedback
    • Then it should compile and categorize the feedback

Chron Job: Feedback Review

• Given collected feedback
  • When the agent reviews the feedback
    • Then it should prioritize feedback based on impact and feasibility

  • A "stakeholder" role might seem redundant since the Product Owner is already meant to represent users/customers, but the idea is that this agent would handle communications with internal stakeholders within an organization, while the Product Owner agent focuses on external user/customer concerns.
• Benefits of automated feedback collection and review
  • An app with thousands of users could easily have too many reviews to comprehensively review; a random sample is the best a human can attempt to keep their workload manageable
• Risk
  • As with any agent automation, there is the risk of missing nuance or misinterpretation that a human would understand
    • Automation should focus on aggregation of simple or clear feedback, and anything that appears ambiguous or self-contradictory should be forwarded to a human for nuanced review
