BuildBattle blocks the use of armor_stand

Sort description of issue

I have created an arena with buildbattle and it works perfectly. But in the rest of the world where the plugin is running it blocks the placement of the armo_stand. If I disable the plugin I can already place armor_stand, I have reviewed the plugin settings and I can't find how to make it not block the use of armor_stand outside the game arena. Thank you.
