Move current Hack Week page to /2021/ ?

I noticed that most things are linked with a https://hack.plasmapy.org/2021/schedule/ scheme, but https://hack.plasmapy.org/2021/ 404's right now.

We could, perhaps, move the current content to /2021/ and then have the index... maybe redirect there, for now?

We don't need to move anything. That link does not work because there's no index.md for that folder, and thus no index.html. I'd do one of two things: (1) rename /2021/about.md to /2021/index.md which will make the link work, or (2) [my preferred option] just link people to https://hack.plasmapy.org/2021/about/ instead.
