Getting State and Details errors

I keep getting the same error where the CMD says that the state is too long or not set. When I add any characters to it, it says the same thing about the details but wont stop erroring if i put anything in the line. The setup and readme didn't say anything about these so does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?
