A user told me "I can't see my new tag in the groups view". Indeed, this Piwigo has 400 tags and the new tag is not in the first 200 (weight-wise). There is no sense limiting the number of tags on this page.

The $conf['full_tag_cloud_items_number'] should not be taken into account.
