Custum plugin to remove the "Mail to Webadmin" link in the footer doesn't work #355

Hi,

I've added the code from https://github.com/Piwigo/piwigo-bootstrap-darkroom/wiki/Remove-the-%22Mail-to-Webadmin%22-link-in-the-footer as a custom plugin but the link is already shown.

I'm using Piwigo v13.6.0 and your stunning Bootstrap Darkroom theme v2.5.17 (Bootswatch Slate).
