Eternal Jukebox not looping

I set up everything correctly as far as I can see, however when I press enable and I listen through a song, it doesn't repeat. The visualization shows up, but it's just a circle with a line going around it. Sometimes small arcs are created in the visualization and sometimes it gets stuck looping between them. Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a bug? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance
