The audio fading is done automatically by Spotify on Windows, the custom app can't disable it.
I'm working on a workaround for another issue that would fix this one as well, check this issue for updates.
@Hendrik7889 Sounds like a different issue, does the player stop every time it jumps branches ?
When the music jumps branches, the audio fades out then in and it feels weird.
