[Tekton] Missing features that we may want.

• debug on pipeline run.
  • The TEP is accepted.
  • TEP 0097: Add breakpoints, breakpoints.onFailure to debug and extend support to PipelineRun tektoncd/pipeline#5184, it's not solved.
  • Jenkins X contributed a implementation, but it's closed: Add debug with breakpoint configuration to PipelineRun tektoncd/pipeline#4145
• the finally task will failed when the pipeline run timeout by previous task.

I will try to push Tekton community to update or accept the existed implementation.

Also we want a git proxy server in the building cluster.

I tried some projects:

• goblet: I failed, maybe we need modify hard to support proxy for github.com.
• git_cdh: succeed, It' need pass username/github_private_token to clone public repo
