ros_essentials_cpp for ROS Noetic

This repository contains the code needed for the Udemy course entitled ROS For Beginners: Basics, Motion and OpenCV https://www.udemy.com/ros-essentials/

ROS Noetic uses OpenCV4, which has a difference from OpenCV3 in previous ROS distribution, such as Melodic and Kinetic. This code was updated to compile right away on a fresh installation of ROS Noetic.
