make site work even without access to WebService::Bluga::Webthumb service

Right now if there service behind WebService::Bluga::Webthumb is down, the Dancefloor page does not load and the page cannot be viewed on a development machine when it is off-line.

The page should load even if the images are not there and maybe load the images later.

I'd like to remove the dancefloor entirely and replace it with something more like you see on other sites: a list of companies on the front page using Dancer, and a link to a more comprehensive page that lists all the sites and projects using it.

I'd like to retire Bluga entirely.
