(originally filed July 2013 in pshangov/dist-zilla-app-command-podpreview#2 for some strange reason...)

The validation for identifier and module names in CPAN::Meta::Validator is out of step with the changes outlined in: https://metacpan.org/module/RJBS/perl-5.18.0/pod/perl5160delta.pod#Unicode-Symbol-Names.
