I'm looking for volunteers to implement Partially-Signed Bitcoin Transaction (PSBT format) support.

PSBT format is described in BIP174. Tasks would most likely involve:

PSBT serialization / deserialization
Feature: Implement PSBT roles #11
Adding test vectors from the BIP
