When selecting a message from the All Messages view to view message details, the message view page might take a little while to load the selected message details (body, headers, etc.). There is no indication that the message details are loaded asynchronously in the background.
The current view was not tested with loading of a message to take several seconds. The "pre" load state looks as if loading failed as no data is shown.

Provide a visual indication that the message details are being loaded.
