Specific virology goal (first one) sometimes does not work when it should

Made the corresponding virus
Sent it
Didn't count

What did you expect to happen?

To get my money and finish that goal

What happened instead?

No money, goal isn't complete, no idea HOW to complete it

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

CC shouldn't send false goals to you to make you waste time

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Look at virology goal
Do first one
Witness it not working (I think this happens for ALL of the possible first virology goal, but I'm not sure, it has happened both time I did them to me)

When did the problem start happening?

No idea

Extra information

I made sure the cargo shuttle got sent, the two other goal were completed (they were all in the same secure vial box)
