Issue Description

The AI is able to see Ancient Rock and Cold Ancient Rock through the fog of war.

What did you expect to happen?

To see static.

What happened instead?

I could see and right click on ancient rock.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

You should not be able to see anything. Could watch someone mining it in real time.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Be AI.
Look at Farragus.

When did the problem start happening?

No clue.
