Issue Description

I tried to view an area on cameras VIA security console that was claimed to be covered in blood. On my end, there was absolutely no blood whatsoever. Going in person confirmed there was blood absolutely everywhere.

What did you expect to happen?

I expected to see the blood.

What happened instead?

I didn't see the blood.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

It could lead to some issues with security needing to confirm something or such. You should generally be able to see everything in the room via cameras that aren't just invisible.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

1. Bleed.
2. Look at bleed through console.
3. There is no bleed.

When did the problem start happening?

I have absolutely no idea, I didn't really pay attention to this until today. Not a clue what PR could have caused it.

i believe this also affects cult runes, they also arent viewable on AI cameras (last time i checked)

That was intentionally done in a PR. I don't believe it should have affected all blood though based on what I read of it.
