Here is a tracker for any PR that reworks a source of hard stuns.

Current priorities, the most common stuns

• Batons - stun and telebaton rework #18127
• Antistun chems - Rebalances antistun chems #18084
• Antistun implants/organs - Reworks CNS Implant + Emagged Upgraded Cybernetic Heart #18202
• Flashbangs - Reworks Flashbangs #18189
• Disarms - Reworks disarms into shoves, mostly from TG #18186
• Grabs - someone please refactor these for the love of god
• Punch stun - Punch stuns now knockdown instead of hard stunning. #18191
• RNG brute weapon stun - Changes weapon stuns to knockdowns #18212
• Explosions - should cause knockdown + short stun, this is mostly because of guns that fire explosive rounds such as FRAG-12
• Beepski + ED209 melee - Moves ED209 / security bots to stamina batons #18232
• Shocks - Nerfs stuns on being shocked #18389
• Help intent - Makes help intent shakes remove a small amount of stamina damage #18360
• Shotgun shells - Nerfs beanbags & rubber pellet shots #18287

• Cult stun hand - Reworks Cults stun hand #18247 take one
• Thrown cult spear - The idea to make it embed and then the recall pull the person with the spear has been suggested before and sounds really cool
• Magic missile - Fixes magic missile stun time, cult magic missile does knockdown #18409
• Vampire glare - Reworks glare. #18524
• Weighted bolas - Makes bolas knock down instead of stunning #18207
• Mech punches - Changes Mech Punches from Stun to Knockdown + Stamina Damage #18405
• Ebow - Replaces the two second stun on ebows with a knockdown #18388
• Chainsaw - Reworks the syndicate chainsaw #18252
• Stun slugs for the shotgun - Removes taser slugs from the Protolathe #18185
• Krav leg sweep - Rebalances Krav Maga for Stamina Combat #18404
• CQC - god help whoever tackles this one
• sleeping carp - Removes instant stuns from Sleeping Carp #18219
• throwing people into stuff - Changes body collision to knockdown, adds a throw_range of 4 to carbon/human #18363
• smashing bottles over peoples heads - Replaces the stun on bottles with a knockdown #18196
• C20-R - Makes the c-20r take two bursts to stamina crit you #18195, still needs a change
• Meathook - Meathook now uses KnockDown instead of just Weaken  #18255
• compact sniper - Removes compact sniper rifle (the uplink one don't panic) #18357
• flashes - Removes the stun from flashes and gives them a cooldown #18275
• defibs - Removes instant stuns from defibs, adds knockdown and stamina damage #18456

I have probably missed some, so feel free to point missing ones out.

DO NOT completely avoid making PRs from "lesser priorities" just because its "less wanted" all of these PRs are wanted and valued.
