bug: retro card flashing

I’m capturing this here, although it may be two distinct issues.

Steps

• Go to an active Reflect phase
• Reload the URL, note that the inputs flash with a taller height than the final input height
• Type and submit a card
• Note that while animating down the card height flashes at a great height as well
  • Note that while animating down cards already in the stack disappear temporarily showing the hint box instead
• Go to Group phase
• Reload the URL and note that cards seem to have the same flash of a taller height
