Processing library won't work when compiled using Java 1.7

It would be awesome if a note could be added into the readme on how to temporarily switch back to Java 1.6 so that we can compile the processing library.

I'm on Mountain Lion and this was the only way to correctly compile the library (after installing the D2XX driver and the p9813 C library, of course)...
