Is it possible to get and store readingTime in seconds?
Would be nice to be able to configure: time in seconds, words count, ...

yes, this is also huge issue for me.
I can see solution, that basing on field type (text / number) is resulting in this way.
For me this is necessary for I18n implementation - only english solution is not possible for me.
