The jail init script's shebang line still has @PREFIX@ and $header: $ lines when installed.

#!@PREFIX@/sbin/openrc-run
# Copyright 1992-2012 FreeBSD Project
# Released under the 2-clause BSD license
# $Header: $

I'll correct that. It still needs a default configuration file wrote for it.

Yeah I figured this wasn't usable just yet, I opened this just in case that was an oversight.
