add note about separate/integrated calibration in cartesian reconstruction example #690

For the code to work as is, you need to select integrated calibration (@ckolbPTB what is the exact name?)
We could also add small code comment that if using the other option, one must manually adjust the trajectory after reading in the data to obtain the correct phase
