Feature Lists: Manual Release of PROCEED-Features for every Environment (Modelling, Automation, etc.)

The MS needs to have a possibility to release/activate specific MS-Features (e.g. Modelling, Automation, Industry 4.0, Analytics) for each Environment. Each "Feature" is actually more than just one topic, but a changeable list of MS functionalities (aka "Feature Lists"). For example, there can be a list "Automation Business Processes", "Automation Smart Home", "Automation Supply Chain", "Automation Industry 4.0". All the list have some functionality in common, but also differences.

Therefore, we want to be able to create this "Feature Lists" and we want to be able to activate them for every Environment

Tasks:

• Implement a way to assign every UI element (view, areas, buttons, etc.) and corresponding functionality a unique, readable ID. E.g. The "Deployment" view can have an ID like "process-deployment-view"
• Implement a way to create "Feature Lists". E.g. a list "Automation Business Processes" which include the "process-deployment-view" and other elements/functionalities
• Implement the possibility to programmatically activate a Feature List for an Environment (this should also include User Environments)
• Document the way of creating UI elements for specific feature lists in the wiki and make team presentation
• Server Admin Page (e.g. for the PROCEED team) to enable/disable the Feature Lists for every Environment (and maybe to create a new Feature List)
