Docker-compose 2.4 supports a platform keyword that may help in multi-platform builds.

starting to get docker image builds in https://github.com/PLEBNET-PLAYGROUND/dockerfile-deps
need to figure out multi-platform, currently just doing amd64-linux to learn how to do it
then it dumps them into https://github.com/orgs/PLEBNET-PLAYGROUND/packages
