Getting [error] fread failed

I have a docker image w/ php 5.6 cli running PHPFastCGI Silex 1.~ app, and I keep on getting [error] fread failed. What could this be?

The error is getting thrown here:

It means that the daemon is trying to read from the connection and it's not working - i.e. the connection is being unexpectedly closed.

This could be a protocol parsing error or a configuration problem.

Does the app work?
