Finally finished reading through the whole text, so I'm putting this up for discussion as the git diff should highlight exactly what bits I'm talking about and we can chew over what corrections should be made and which stylistic choices are sensible. I've not got around to working out how to produce the final output from the source files yet, so I can't confirm what effect these changes make yet. I figure that there's enough textual decisions to distract people with which should buy me enough time to figure it out.
I've got opinions on commas, i.e. more are needed to separate phrases, but that's just how I was raised.
