The error 503 is back?

out of 10 Translations I get 9 503 errors.
I heard it's fixed since v0.99, so I guess its back?

I tried it on multiple devices, windows with the binary exe, mac with a brew install, a docker on my qnap and even build it from source myself. in all cases 90% error 503.

am i the only one? is there another solution?
