Debugging error on errorNoEvents #112

I have a question about a thrown error.
The getSteps call returns 'errorNoEvents' on some iOS devices. How can I figure out what went wrong? Is there an original error that came from the HealthKit API? the thrown error doesn't seem to contain much information.
