With the changes in Orleans 7.0, the elimination of Simple Message Streams, and the loss of being able to disable fire and forget for Memory Streams, do you have any thoughts on implementing the Broadcast functionality in Orleankka?

Unfortunately, it looks like the interface for Broadcast is substantially different than the Stream providers, and may not fit well with the existing StreamOf functionality.
