readonly property would really be useful. Never used copyValueTo.

I can't really pinpoint how a read-only selector is supposed to work. Can it drop-down and just be unclickable? That would be a little bit hard to handle as the angular-strap has no real support for that as far as I know.

To have no drop down is to just have a read-only label.

I have moved readOnly to 1.1, we need to specify what behavior we want first.
