Document light options e.g. LED. Which LED source is suitable? Goal is to have something that requires the least amount of energy (low watts), but provides a suitable source to get data that still makes sense.

Hello,
LED would be a better choice as it has very high efficiency when compared to other modes of lighting. I would personally prefer the LED bulbs from Philips as they are reliable and are of better quality.
