Overview
This PR updates the style for the title in our droprown menu component to match that of our input field component.
Test Plan and Hands on Testing
PD folks, @emilywools has already talked to design to OK this change but let's make sure this doesn't mess anything up. If you can also do a quick check in the app. This affects some of the dropdowns in the app too, but they look fine and again design says this is okay.
