Question: how to handle data deletion requests on self-hosted instance

OpenPanel looks awesome. I've been scouring the docs and marketing site while evaluating it and it looks like a great fit, but I have one last remaining concern: how would I respond to a GDPR data deletion request from a user that was previously identified?

I saw on one blog post that I can submit a request to you all if using the the hosted service, but I'm hoping that there is a self-service option available and, ideally, an API affordance so I can script/automate handling those requests. Is it possible to retroactively anonymize the requester's sessions?
