Image Broken on PyPI publish #4

When published to PyPI, the OpenTimelineIO logo image is broken.

This is likely due to our use of light/dark mode image variants and pypi/warehouse#11251.

There may be some workarounds other projects have done in PRs linked to pypi/warehouse#11251 that we could try until PyPI makes the fix.
